Quick avocado-cucumber bite.
Ingredients
- Avocado — 2 Tbsp, mashed
- Cucumber — 5¼ oz (½, diced)
- Lemon (squeeze)
- Chives
- Sea salt
Method
- Dice the cucumber.
- Toss with avocado, lemon, chives and salt.
Notes
Stay at 2 Tbsp avocado per snack to keep the polyols under the per-sitting cap.
