Berry-coconut smoothie
Mixed berries blended with coconut and flax.
Ingredients
- Blueberries — ½ cup mixed berries
- Full-fat coconut milk — ½ cup
- Water — ½ cup
- Spinach — ½ cup
- Banana — 4¼ oz (1 firm)
- Ground flax — 1 Tbsp
- Ice
Method
- Add everything to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Serve cold.
Notes
The ½-cup mixed-berries portion sits under the Monash per-sitting polyol cap that blackberries push against. Sub straight blueberries 1:1 if blackberries are a known trigger.
