- Leftover fish stew — 10½ oz
- Green beans — 3 oz (handful)
Method
- Steam the green beans 3–4 minutes.
- Reheat the stew gently (don't boil hard); serve together.
Notes
Leftover stew gentle-reheat only; the cod will fall apart if you boil it hard the second time.
