Pork wraps + cucumber
Leftover pork with cucumber in lettuce.
Ingredients
- Leftover pork — 4¼ oz
- Lettuce — 1½ oz (leaves)
- Cucumber — 5¼ oz (½)
- Herbs
- Lime
Method
- Warm the pork.
- Fill lettuce with pork, cucumber and herbs; squeeze lime.
Notes
Leftover pork — particularly from the lemongrass-ginger version — slips into lettuce cups with no warming if you don't mind it cold.
