Reheated hash over watercress with avocado.
Ingredients
- Leftover turkey hash — 6¼ oz
- Watercress — 1 cup
- Avocado — 1¼ oz (¼)
- Lemon (squeeze)
Method
- Reheat the hash in a pan 3–4 minutes.
- Pile over watercress; add avocado and lemon.
